She is a REALTOR with Epique Realty and the 2024- 2026 President of the APAPA Elk Grove Chapter, Board Director of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association, and 2026 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS.
Maggie Worsfold-Posadas
Vice President, Education and Medical MissionA proud Filipino immigrant, nurse, and entrepreneur, Maggie earned her RN and MSN degrees with a specialization in geriatric care. She is Founder and CEO of Service with a Heart Home Care, offering multiple services geared toward senior resources across the Greater Sacramento area.
Maria Socorro Coquioco
TreasurerSocorro is a seasoned Strategic Wealth Architect, Tax and AI Strategist with more than 25 years of experience. She is the Founder and CEO of WELLTH™, Family Impact Network, LLC, where she helps established small business owners design tax-efficient, technology-forward structures and build sustainable wealth. She also leads the Chamber’s website and technology initiatives. Socorro is deeply involved in community leadership, serving as incoming President and Executive Director of Multicultural Family Matters.
Cherise Gallegos
SecretaryCherise is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and the owner of The Popcorn Store, with locations in Elk Grove and Midtown Sacramento. She serves as President of the Laguna Sunrise Rotary Club and is a founding member and former Executive Director of RISE Women of Elk Grove. A dedicated youth advocate, she co-founded a nonprofit youth soccer league that opened organized sports to all children. Proud of her Filipino heritage, Cherise believes strong communities are built when people get involved and invest in others.
John Lanting
Director of Sponsorship and Events PlanningJohn is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with decades of experience in the Sacramento region, leading a team with more than 40 years of combined experience. A Certified Probate and Trust Specialist and Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, he is deeply involved in community leadership, including as President of the Divine Mercy Conference of Saint Vincent de Paul and past board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Adrian B. Blanco

AJ Peralta
Youth AmbassadorAJ is a Filipino American from Stockton and a first-year law student at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, after graduating cum laude from Pacific with a degree in Psychology. He is building his own content creation business and coaches both trapshooting at the national level and martial arts. As a Youth Ambassador, AJ helps connect the Chamber with Filipino American students and young professionals.
