A trusted Sacramento native, Regina's career spans over two decades in real estate, insurance, and community service. She is a REALTOR with Epique Realty and the REBORN REALTY Collective, 2025 President of the APAPA Elk Grove Chapter, Board Director of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, and 2025 President Elect of the Women's Council of REALTORS.

Maggie Worsfold

Vice President, Education and Medical Mission

A proud Filipino immigrant, nurse, and entrepreneur, Maggie earned her RN and MSN degrees with a specialization in geriatric care. She is Founder and CEO of Goldfinch Home Care, a licensed home care agency serving the Greater Sacramento area.

Maria Socorro Coquioco

Treasurer 

Socorro is a seasoned Strategic Wealth Architect, Tax and AI Strategist with more than 25 years of experience. She is the Founder and CEO of WELLTH®, Family Impact Network, LLC, where she helps established small business owners design tax-efficient, technology-forward structures and build sustainable wealth. She also serves as the Chamber's Interim Recording Secretary and leads its website and technology initiatives. Socorro is deeply involved in community leadership, serving as Co-Director and President-Elect of Multicultural Family Matters.

John Lanting

Director of Sponsorship and Events Planning

John is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with decades of experience in the Sacramento region, leading a team with more than 40 years of combined experience. A Certified Probate and Trust Specialist and Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, he is deeply involved in community leadership, including as President of the Divine Mercy Conference of Saint Vincent de Paul and past board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Lauren Madeira

Director of Entrepreneurship and Member Development

Lauren is a conscious venture capitalist and creator of the Daydreamer Journal, a globally adopted journaling framework with over 250,000 units sold. With a background in creative leadership at Twitter and early-stage development, she advises founders and organizations on building sustainable growth through clarity, alignment, and self-trust, and partners with the Sacramento Children's Home on youth-centered programs.

Adrian B. Blanco

Board Advisor

Adrian is a lifelong jeweler, entrepreneur, and owner of Adrian Blanco Jewelry in Folsom with over $250,000 contributed in monetary and jewelry donations to local causes. His philanthropic work supports law enforcement, first responders, veterans, and youth-focused nonprofits, and he serves as President of the Folsom Police Foundation.

Henry Chang

Board Advisor

Henry is Co-Founder of HUMANBULB and a seasoned business and nonprofit leader with more than 35 years of experience in business development and sales management across telecommunications, technology, and manufacturing. Most recently he served as National Executive Director of a national nonprofit, leading its headquarters team and a nationwide chapter network, with deep expertise in strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and mission-driven leadership.
